Job Profile :

Addressing and handling complaints and grievances of customers.

Providing customer supports over calls and walk-ins.

Issuance of allotment and demand letter to the customers.

Following up the customers to ensure timely payments from demands raised.

Preparing weekly collection report.

Preparing monthly forecasting of collection.

Ensuring timely raising of demand.

Establishing targets and designed strategies to achieve them on time.

Maintain flat Handover protocols

Coordinate registration of sale agreement and deed of conveyance.
