Overseeing clerical tasks. Keeping office inventory. Maintaining file. Managing of emails and phone calls.

Incidental work assigned from time to time by senior persons across departments with regard to typing, preparing reports/excel files, printouts, doing data entry, assisting in sundry work etc.
