Job Description

Knowledge of process engineering as per product drawing i.e. selection of equipment, process to make the part / product as per drawing.

knowledge of cycle time study, line balancing, takt time, line design on the basis of takt time.

knowledge of lay out making on broad plant level and micro level layout, floor marking as per layout for equipment installation.

Good knowledge of assembly process and assembly equipments.

Good knowledge of Jig, Fixtures and GD&T.

Good knowledge of manpower calculation on the basis of cycle time.

Good knowledge of preparation of statement of requirements (SOR), i.e. equipments, budget preparation for capital equipments.

Good knowledge of SPM for development as per product equipment.

Through detailed analysis individual will lead the team to improve quality, labor and equipment productivity by leading Kaizen events, improving utilization and balancing tasks while re-engineering the process.

Individual will also lead cost reduction initiatives along with process improvements further our goals for continuous improvement.

Individual will provide technical support for all manufacturing and quality continuous improvement programs.

You will develop measurement programs and review data to improve labor and equipment productivity.
