internal Audit

1. prepare Annual Audit Plan for Approval of the Acb and Board.

2. prepare Scope of Internal Audit and Checklist for Each of the Auditee Units.

3. implementation of Annual Audit Plan Within the Required Timelines.

4. follow Up of Compliance with Auditee Departments/ Branches for Closure of Reports

5. report Progress On Audit Programme, Major Findings and Closure of Reports to Audit Committee of the Board/ Board.

6. conduct Risk Based Audit and Follow Up for Closure of the Reports.

7. implement Audit Related Directions of the Acb/ Board.

8. recommend to the Board for Improvement in Audit Methodology and Scope.

9. increase Use of It in Audit Process.

concurrent Audit

1. to Be the Principal Coordinator for Concurrent Audit Process.

2. finalisation of Scope of Concurrent Audit and Reporting Format.

3. appointment of Concurrent Auditors in Coordination with all Connected Officials and Audit Committee.

4. follow Up for Closure of Reports

5. report Findings of Concurrent Audit and Closure of Reports to Audit Committee of the Board/ Board

others

1. coordinate with Cfo for Statutory Audit.

2. submit Policy Notes and Manuals to Acb/ Board On Audit Related Matters.

3. supervise, Coach and Develop Junior Members of Staff Within Teams

4. Ensure Compliance with Internal (audit Methodology and Risk Management) and External (regulatory) Requirements.

5. to Carry Out Investigations Whenever Required.

6. to Take Charge of Fraud Management Group as Nodal Officer.

7. to Act as the Nodal Officer Under Whistle Blower Mechanism.

8. to Participate in Systemic Improvement Process and Strengthening of Internal Audit Systems.

9. to Provide Comments On Product Notes and Process Related Notes.

10. benchmarking the Audit Process with Industry Best Practices.

11. any other Work Assigned By the Management.
