Job Description

Job Role-

Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue targets, number of calls per day, number of appointments made per week

Ensure that all sales enquiries are handled within sales guidelines, Sops and enquiry handling standards

Ensure that all telephone calls (in and out bound) are handled in a timely and professional manner

Be proactive in the research to establish new target markets and business streams

Conduct outbound telemarketing/cold calling as required

Ensure clean and accurate records held

Maintain knowledge of all current promotions and product knowledge

Be accountable for the sales reports, activity reports on daily/weekly basis

Coach and train new staff through induction and on boarding process

Crate and develop new initiatives that can be shared with the wider business development executive team

Analyze sales management information in order to make informed decisions

Responsible for administering standard and special pricing for customers

Must be self-motivated and must demonstrate the foresight to see what needs to be done and have a strong desire to make things happen

Must have strong analytical and systematic thinking skill
