Job Description

Bank of Baroda, One of India’s Largest Banks is looking for qualified Specialist Human Resources on contractual basis, for various segments of Government Relationship who can lead & support the Bank to boost business development activities in the respective field by liaising with various government departments, planning segment specific strategies, initiatives and activities.

Qualifications : B. Tech (IT) with MBA (Finance) from a premier business school.

Desired Profile / Job Role/ Key Skills : 1. Knowledge familiarity about payment gateway, integration with Govt. Portals, procurement, logistics, Vendor Management, Farmers producers company, Skill in Agri Business, Supply chain management, Credit Appraisal skills, Research Orientation, payment architecture 2. To engineer partnerships with e-NAM, State GeMs etc. 3. To provide technical solutions 4. To attend high level meetings with Senior Government Officials and other stakeholders 5. To give presentation at various forums 6. To liaison with internal and external agencies 7. To on board a good chunk of MSME & Other Vendors who are a part of GeM ecosystem 8. To develop products for supply side finance 9. To provide consultancy services 10. IT Solutions and preparation of Basic Requirement Documents 11. To also explore and extend required support for business opportunities in other similar areas

Minimum years of experience : 07 years.

Qualification : Graduation preferably in Mass Communication/ Journalism area from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Relations area is mandatory.
Role & Responsibility : 1. Planning, Developing and Implementing PR Strategy for the Bank. 2. Media Management - Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople; - Liasoning with, and answering to enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email. - Managing the PR aspect of a potentially critical situation and handling media queries 3. PR Analytics - Collating and analyzing media coverage; - Commissioning market research from PR perspective; - Developing and implementing Dashboard for analysis of the PR performance of the Bank 4. Event Management - Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; - Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities. 5. Content Development - Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; - Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports; - Devising and coordinating photo opportunities; - Updating / Modifying / Inputs for information on the Bank‘s website as well as Social Media Channels on need basis. - Any other PR related activities of the Bank as decided by the Bank from time to time.
CTC Offered : Compensation package would be around ` 28 lacs per annum.
