Bank of Baroda, One of India’s Largest Banks is looking for qualified Specialist Human Resources on contractual basis, for various segments of Government Relationship who can lead & support the Bank to boost business development activities in the respective field by liaising with various government departments, planning segment specific strategies, initiatives and activities.

Qualifications : AMIE from Institution of Engineers (India) / Degree in Civil / Marine / Mechanical / Naval Architecture from a recognized university / institute with MBA.

Desired Profile / Job Role/ Key Skills : 1. Multimodal transport management/specific exposure in land water management 2. Should be able to provide solutions such as tax – credit and equipment financing, as well as asset backed and asset backed lending. 3. Should possess extensive industry and product experience 4. Should be able to provide interest rate derivative solutions and get hedging solutions that are specifically matched to customer needs 5. Should be able to streamline collections cycle and gain quicker access to capital 6. Should be able to provide wealth planning, investment management and personal banking services 7. Should be able to provide commercial lending solutions towards development and expansion of inland waterways projects 8. Should be able to provide solutions such as equipment financing, Ro-Ro Ferry, vessel financing as well as asset-backed and asset-based lending. 9. Should possess domain knowledge in respect of INLAND WATER WAYS management

Minimum years of experience : 07 years.

Age Limit : 30-42 years.

Role & Responsibility : 1. Planning, Developing and Implementing PR Strategy for the Bank. 2. Media Management - Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople; - Liasoning with, and answering to enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email. - Managing the PR aspect of a potentially critical situation and handling media queries 3. PR Analytics - Collating and analyzing media coverage; - Commissioning market research from PR perspective; - Developing and implementing Dashboard for analysis of the PR performance of the Bank 4. Event Management - Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; - Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities. 5. Content Development - Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; - Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports; - Devising and coordinating photo opportunities; - Updating / Modifying / Inputs for information on the Bank‘s website as well as Social Media Channels on need basis. - Any other PR related activities of the Bank as decided by the Bank from time to time.
CTC Offered : Compensation package would be around ` 28 lacs per annum.
