Bank of Baroda, One of India’s Largest Banks is looking for qualified Specialist Human Resources on contractual basis, for various segments of Government Relationship who can lead & support the Bank to boost business development activities in the respective field by liaising with various government departments, planning segment specific strategies, initiatives and activities.

Qualifications : MBA (Aviation) from a premier business school.

Desired Profile / Job Role/ Key Skills : 1. Should posess knowledge of civil/aviation industry, AIR FREIGHT, CUSTOM, ware housing, CLEARANCE issues. 2. Ensure the quality of the product by collaborating with R&D Department and customers on how the product and systems can be best applied to customer needs 3. Identify and prioritize product management requirement 4. Supporting the organization requirement regarding features, functions, compliances and certifications of the assortment 5. Taking an acting role in the internal work with international aviation standards like FAA 6. In depth knowledge & exposure about the air freight to generate business for the Bank 7. Knowledge of customs clearance, warehousing & distribution will be an added advantage 8. Should posess domain knowledge of Airlines/Aviation Industry

Minimum years of experience : 07 years.

Qualification : Graduation preferably in Mass Communication/ Journalism area from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Relations area is mandatory.
Role & Responsibility : 1. Planning, Developing and Implementing PR Strategy for the Bank. 2. Media Management - Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople; - Liasoning with, and answering to enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email. - Managing the PR aspect of a potentially critical situation and handling media queries 3. PR Analytics - Collating and analyzing media coverage; - Commissioning market research from PR perspective; - Developing and implementing Dashboard for analysis of the PR performance of the Bank 4. Event Management - Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; - Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities. 5. Content Development - Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; - Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports; - Devising and coordinating photo opportunities; - Updating / Modifying / Inputs for information on the Bank‘s website as well as Social Media Channels on need basis. - Any other PR related activities of the Bank as decided by the Bank from time to time.
CTC Offered : Compensation package would be around ` 28 lacs per annum.
