Directly reporting to the Director of the company to update and look after day-to-day affairs..

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments .

Coordinating and maintaining records.

Travel arrangement (includes hotels, train and flight booking).

Handling phone calls and official communication (Email & faxes).

Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.

Co-coordinating with all the staff members in and out of office
