APPLICATIONS are invited from the Indian Citizens on the online form available at Recruitment and Assessment Cell portal of BHU for Non-teaching under Group - A, B & C.
Essential Qualification : a) Second Class Bachelor’s Degree with not less than 50% marks in aggregate including elective subjects and language with B.Ed. or its equivalent Degree duly recognized by NCTE from a recognized University. b) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. c) Competence to teach both through Hindi and English medium.
Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit for Assistant Teacher (TGT) is 35 years , relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. 10 years age relaxation for the post of Assistant Teacher (TGT) at par with KVS norms, is allowed over and above the prescribed limit in respect of Women candidates to promote women education and to attract them to teaching profession.
Application Fee : A non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- through online from the candidates of UR and OBC categories under Group ‘A’ and Rs. 500/- from the candidates of UR and OBC categorie under Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ of Non-teaching and School Teaching posts. No application fees shall be charged from the candidates of SC, ST and PwDs categories. The application fee is to be paid through the payment gateway by online Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
