Assistant Professor - General Medicine jobs in Sirmour - Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission

Online Recruitment Applications (ORA*) are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts in different Medical Colleges of Himachal Pradesh Government through ORA.

Essential Qualification : (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act-1956. Holders of educational qualification(s) included in part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section-13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii)A postgraduate degree in the concerned speciality as mentioned in Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications. (iii)At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer / Registrar / Demonstrator/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned speciality in any recognized Medical College. MD (Medicine or General Medicine)M.R.C.P. Speciality Board of International Medicine (U.S.A.)

Desirable qualification : (a) Knowledge of customs / manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. (b) Publication of research papers in Index journals.

Age Limit : 45 years and below.

Application Fee : Rs. 400/- for General Category, Rs. 100/- for S.C. of H.P. /S.T. of H.P. /O.B.C./BPL of H.P. and No Fee for Ex-Servicemen of H.P.
