Some Brief Description of the Jd

position: Assistant Manager - Operations (night Shift)

*primary Role is to Manage the Accounts in Promotional Products Industry Workspace

*establish and Manage Relationship with Clients Business and Project Stakeholders

*manage Expectations Across Key Internal and External Stakeholders of the Accounts Being Handled

*report Account Progress At Defined Intervals to Management Teams (client and Internal) for Effective Governance and Timely Issue Resolution

*review and Manage Changes Through the Account Lifecycle

*document Processes and Share Project Learning's for Continuous Improvements

*responsible for Providing Resolution/ Recommendation/ Workarounds to Fill Gaps Between Standard Processes and Clients Processes

*responsible for Pro-active Issue Resolution and Process Improvement

*responsible for Effective Knowledge Management and Coordination

*produce and Update Weekly Dashboard Report to the Client & Internal Stakeholders

*evaluates Risks and Proposes Contingency Plans

*consolidating all Performance and Productivity Reports for all Tl's and Their Reportees

*communicating with all Support Departments to Ensure the Availability of Infrastructure

*needs to Ensure that the Attrition Levels are Kept to a Bare Minimum

*ensure that the Defined Sla's are Met

*ensure that Productivity Numbers are Tracked On a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis and Identify Associates/ Tl's Who are Not Meeting These Numbers.

*come Up with Training Programs to Ensure that the Gaps are Met On the Productivity and Quality Levels
