Looking for fresh Chartered Accountants or semi qualified Chartered Accountants with Articleship experience for Assistant Manager Post with Finmatrix. The role requires the candidates to work with various companies in finance, tax, audit and compliance related matters. Also required to posess entrepreneurial mind set to guide startups and early stage companies in legal, finance and operational areas.

Independently run Financial Due Diligence for potential investment rounds and support through investment transactions.

Prepare Due Diligence reports in specific formats.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the financial budget/ forecasts and report variances

Prepare and present timely monthly MIS and Cash flow statements

Knowledge of Internal Control Process and Implemented accounting/finance processes

Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliances and Payroll compliances

Working knowledge in GST

Review of month closure process and advise the team.

Review of Financials on a monthly/quarterly basis

Learn various business models applicable to client's industry and define and advise on business metrics and define operating plans for the company.

Hands on experience in Accounting, Statutory Audit and Taxation
