Job Description

1. To do market survey on the demands and need generation for the product range and

hence segmenting the market.

2. Customer Category analysis based on the current market trends.

3. Based on the segmentation, bifurcation of the targets for each segment to be done.

4. Strategic Planning and Implementation of activities for achieving the sales targets.

5. To do extensive marketing of the products, and to generate leads.

6. To meet the sales target of the Organization by Generating Sufficient Lead.

7. To develop New Clientele list.

8. To work on Customer Relationship management and retain the present customers.

9. To Motivate and guide Sales Representatives (Existing) as well as to create new

Sales Representation in other Territory.

10. Website Management.

11. Exhibition Planning

12. Mailers and Database creation.

13. CRM setup / ERP Implementation for Sales team.
