Instaday Mumbai based company, launched by a young entrepreneur, Specific in Bottle Milk, Pouch Milk, Curd Cup, Lassi Cup,Buttermilk cup, Paneer in Box shape, Flavoured Milk & other product , is looking for ASM FOR Mumbai, Pune, Nashik. Spearheading Sales, Operations & Business Development. Formulating & designing entire Business Plan for the Area. Planning,executing BTL activation to create Brand Pull & awareness Key Responsibilities: Achieving goals, developing localized business plans & ensuring overall plan implementation. Drive Business Growth and Market Share across all Channels, lead the Business with P&L responsibility Conceptualizing and executing selling strategies for relevant product categories Must have extensive market knowledge like (Distribution, retail network modern trade, etc.) of the region Devising strategies & plans/ monitoring Logistics to ensure ready availability of stock at the stockist and trade level. Must have extensive network of field executives, which can come handy in case of a vacancy in the region. Designing the growth plan (quarter and annual) of the territory and monitoring. Dealer and Distribution management Controlling and monitoring the commercial aspect. To run the operations in a defined area as complete profit centre Target focused & result oriented approach to business. Must have extensive geographical knowledge of the region for which the applicant has applied for. Must have 5 years experience in Dairy industry.
