Job Description: Responsible for the launching and development of all business activities in assigned Area and Market, Super Distributor, City Distributor, Retail ISD chain and staffs a Sales Team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and mission.Establishes plan and strategies to expand the business of launching in the marketing

Area Sales Manager Job Duties: The profile would be Accountable:

-Should be must appointment one Super Distributor individually in a short time which is primary task for you-Should be must appointment Town Distributor in a short time individually in a short time.

-Responsible for appointment & development the channel of Retail Network (ISD) expansion-survey, selection and finalization of suitable retail outlet counter for appointment as In-Shop-Demonstration (ISD) & sales team in whole of Town / market.

-Develops a business plan by individual and sales strategy as well as by team for meet the sales leads and volumes as required.-Accomplish objectives-orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and counseling sales team assigned within the town / market.-Adheres to all company policies, procedures, budget and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the entire team-Strong leaderships, must be aggressive, highly motivated, self driven, result oriented and Business management skills..- Responsible for credit control and maintain the outstanding credit limit as per the business norms.-Lead, mentor & monitor the productivity performance and achieving of team members.
