Job Description

To prospect and deliver personal target for the quarter and for the year.

Train and support the team to meet their targets through joint visits, regular reviews

and helping them close wherever needed.

Negotiate with customers on techno-commercials, balancing organizational objectives

and customer satisfaction.

To be aware of market developments. Track competition and pass information to HO on

regular basis.

To participate in exhibitions/trade shows in the region and proactively register for

speaker slots and stalls. To devise innovative methods to maximize the awareness of

our solutions in the region.

Support the sales and technical teams by providing on ground resolution to customer


Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of

products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments, different product

applications and monitoring market trends.

Timely reporting
