Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager

Division: Homecare, FMCG

Reports To: General Manager (Sales)

Location/Department:

Qualifications or Skill Required:

• Candidate must possess Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree from a reputed institution.

• Relevant experience of HOMECARE & FMCG

• Conversant with the use of MS office

• Excellent mail drafting skill

• Excellent communication skill

• Good leadership skill

Responsibilities: _

• Responsible for sales and marketing functions in the designated region.

• Responsible for strengthening quality dealer network with the help of his team.

• Should keep motivating his team members and dealers to achieve desired targets.

• Must participate in development activities with his team members on periodic basis and to guide them for improvements.

• Must ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly tour reports, expense reports, competitors’ activities, area /market information and update management with all important happenings in his area.

• Should visualize and propose the products to achieve higher volumes to increase penetration and the market share.

• Responsible for controlling the expenses of the region within the allocated budget.

• Should have good back ground of Territorial knowledge, Launching of Company & Good Market Reputation.

• Should be Good Leader with good Market hold.

• Should have an Expertise of HOMECARE & FMCG
