Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a Area Sales Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We are seeking our next high impact leaders. as Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales team and managing revenue stream. you will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring and providing training for our sales force and marketing staff. The ideal candidate who is energized at the idea of managing people to reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.

In this key role, you will be developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well providing leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team. Area Sales Manager will be a strong leader who is detail oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.

MBA Sales and Marketing will be preferred have to find ways to achieve your monthly target and maintain our company's positive image. You are Responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects.

- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets

- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

- Report on sales activities to senior management

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Compiling and analysing sales figures

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, youll maintain strong relationships with our clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
