Job Description

Technical: Should have 6-8 years of experience of Modern trade experience in consumer durables / dealer network driven organizations.

Managerial: Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Driving hyper business through promoter & coordinating with hyper store concern person

Visiting all hyper store to maintain relationship with store people, display, account recon

Driving the team of Promoters to deliver the picture of success at the point of sales

Managing & driving sales of Modern retail accounts.

Aggressive, motivated, take self-initiative for complete work

Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports timely

Prepare PJP of month wise & report to HO for daily follow-ups.

Prepare attendance & incentive report of ISP'S of stores every month & submit to HO.

Ensure timely delivery by Escalating the orders to SCM team

Get regular review about product requirements from promoters and hypermarket staff

Ensure Generation PO from client to generate sales.

Key Result Area:

Quantitative: Achieving sales in line with target

Qualitative: Team Management & Development: good team player

Process & Innovation: adhering to systems and processes, streamlining and efficiency improvement of business processes.

Job specification

Job knowledge: Channel management, dealer networking, sales schemes design and implementation

Additional Attributions: Self driven, Good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities. Ability to take initiative and work independently,

as & when required. Must be above board in terms of financial & personal integrity.
