Job Description

• Support & manage assigned franchisee’s for maximizing Sales performance, drive profits and support in operational challenges.


• Support & manage assigned Key MNC Institutional Accounts for maximizing Sales performance of Promoters, drive profits and support in operational challenges.

• Maximize performance (footfalls, ticket size catering) and drive profits by driving productivity (Food Cost, Productivity &Other Costs).

• Develop marketing & promotion ideas to increase walk-ins & Sales.

• Implement & Supervise Training and Development in his area of control.

• Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis.

• Ensures recruiting, training and retaining talented workforce as per targets.

• Conducts Weekly Audits for the store and discuss the output and improvement plan with Franchisee/Institution.

• Daily Sales Reports preparation and analysis to be submitted to management
