Handling Modern Trade & Retail chains.

Initiating & Developing relationship with key accounts in Modern Trade

Responsible for Account sales & share growth. Involved in strategic decisions with category heads acquiring of new retail chains.

Achieving sales-targets, ensuring dominant visibility of the company's products in the stores, good execution of promotions, distribution management

Coaching of SE /Merchandise/ promoter

Effective guidance and hand holding to the merchandisers

Being a communication channel between the company and the Distributor.

Allotting clear responsibilities to team members- assigning targets etc.
