Job Description

This position would be responsible for driving the company business independently or through distributor network were ever applicable.

1. Drive Eyewear market development and enhance market share and share of shelf in the retailer stores.

2. Handling a dealer network as well as distribution sales- primary & secondary sales.

3. Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and / or driving distributor business

4. Monitor systematically the performance of each account and of the distributor and his sales team and take corrective action.

5. Training & skill development of distributor sales team on managing customers to obtain more business.

6. Supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections.

7. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics team.

8. Fluency in respective Regional Language would be preferable.


Should have sales experience of minimum 2-3 years in a FMCG / Telecom / Consumer Durable sector.

Experience on handling Distributors / Stockiest and retailers.

Proficiency in working with MS Office packages and knowledge on ROI calculations
