Job Description: Sales Executive (District Level)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

? Search franchisee in every block of Gram Panchayat, from every Gram Panchayat minimum 5

persons will be selected for the final selection process and out of them 1 capable person will be

selected.

? When the person will finalize than the records will send by e-mail according to the hierarchy.

? Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the existing as well as new clients to

create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.

? Complete all the documentation work and coordinate with your supervisor.

? Maintain the Daily Progress Report and send it to your supervisor.

? Create the policies for Sales & Marketing which will help you to overcome the challenges.

? To sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making

relationships with the prospects.

? The minimum 1 distributor will be finalized by you.

? Provide the proper training to the franchisee and solve their quarries/problems.

? To analyze the competition brand closely.

Skills/Qualifications/Gadgets:

? Any Graduate

? Minimum Experience Required: more than 1 Years

? Knowledge of payment industry

? The ability to sell the product/services of the payment industry.

? The ability to deal with clients efficiently and effectively

? Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.

? MS-Office

? Android phone, Laptop, Bike & Driving License mandatory

? Problem-solving skills

? Ready to deal with any challenges

? Presentation Skills
