experience: atleast 2+ years of prior experience in selling industrial products like pumps, filters, electrodes, chemicals, oil seals, capital items

ctc: 3-6 lpa plus incentives

mandatory requirements (must haves for the position):

• bachelors or /diploma in any mechanical engineering.

• the candidate should have prior experience 2+(yrs)of sales in industrial products sales.

• the candidate should have prior experience of generating leads, winning accounts, and identifying sales opportunities.

• industry exposure: power plants, cement plants, oems, process industry, steel industry

• the candidate should possess basic computer literacy should know basics of excel, powerpoint & word

• the candidate should be able to speak english & hindi at good proficiency

roles & responsibilities:

• the candidates should have prior experience of at least 2+years in direct customers sales and customers in technical industrial sales.

• the candidate with basic knowledge of heat exchangers or filters would be preferable.

• active listener and clear communicator.

• the candidate should travel to various industrial customers in and around the state to market our products and should be passionate in sales.

• the candidate will be responsible for retaining the existing business along with generating new business for the company.

• acquisition of new and development of existing customers in power,chemical,oil refineries, general industries and other segments which ever the company deems necessary.

• the candidates should possess basic technical knowledge to answer any customer queries or requirements.

• meet the weekly field visit targets and generate sales opportunities

• the person should wiling to travel for 10-15 days every month.
