General Job Description:
Developing area specific strategies with well-defined targets and allocating areas to the marketing representatives while working closely with the Managing Partner.
Identifying new prospects & opportunities and also building a progressive work environment within the team.
Monitoring team performance and enabling them to reach their targets efficiently.
Conducting timely field visits for relationship building, collecting feedback and accomplishing market research.
Timely updating the marketing plan and strategies according to the changing business demands in coordination with the Managing Partner.
Compiling and analysing sales reports as per the given timelines and presenting them to the Managing Partner.
Conducting & attending multiple trainings (Sales & Non-Sales) for the Marketing Representatives as laid out at VLC.
Attending conclaves, meetings and conferences, and also conducting promotions as and when required.
Other tasks shall include resource planning, stock reporting, order fulfilment and timely reporting challenges faced on or off the field directly to the Managing Partner.
Taking up tasks and duties as assigned and accomplishing them within the assigned timelines at VLC.
