Open Position: AR Associate / Sr. AR Associate

Experience Needed: 6 months 02 years

Service contract of 1 year.

Job Responsibilities

Research and Resolve outstanding professional/facility claims

In order to do so, the employee will be required to call US insurance companies and/or patients

and handle incoming correspondence

He/she will also be required to prepare outgoing correspondence letters, appeals and faxes.

Identify and monitor roadblocks to provider revenues and payer trends

Identify and contribute towards areas of continuous improvement

Other Specifications

Prior experience in AR follow up and denial resolution is a MUST.

Candidates with prior experience in Eligibility Verification and Patient Collections will be

preferred for those profiles.

Experience in Pain Management or Neuro-surgery is a PLUS.

Decent spoken and written communication needed Any kind of (strong) MTI is a definite

deterrent. Poor grammar is also going to be an impediment.
