Job Summary

Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions.

Opens customer accounts by recording account information

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Thorough knowledge of OS and database is required.

Basic knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry such as OOPs, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web-Based S/W, Testing & trouble shooting of Software Solution is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answers incoming telephone lines and takes and relays messages as required. Receives visitors and directs them as appropriate.

The incumbent will be responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training and Trouble Shooting etc. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer relationship.

Carries out various clerical duties and prepares reports as required.

Sorts and directs incoming mail and processes outgoing mail to the post office.

The candidate should have presentation & report generation skills.

Consult with Technical Support on product behavior and provide assistance on complicated customer issue resolution

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills
