3. provide information on flight schedules and airport facilities: assist passengers with information on departure and arrival times, gate locations, baggage claim procedures, and other airport amenities.
4. manage ticketing and reservations: process ticket sales, seat assignments, and booking changes accurately and in a timely manner.
5. coordinate with other airport staff: work collaboratively with airline personnel, security staff, and other airport employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
