Job Description

Urgently requires Customer Agents for Airways Passengers at Kolkata Airport.

Looking after the ground handling part for Airways passengers under SHU (Special Handling Unit). Usually had to deal with the needed requirements of VIPs and CIPs including reservation and boarding formalities.

NOTE- We are not consultancy or training institute, We are Corporate Associate of Domestic Airlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport

Access control and surveillance to the aircraft including parked aircraft.

Surveillance and profiling in allotted areas.

Surveillance, screening and control of registered baggage of * Passenger, Baggage Make Up Area / Baggage Break Up Area.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: HS & Above

Indian national between 18 to 35 years Minimum (Male) 18 to 28 Years (Female)

Fluent in Hindi & Regional Language At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height

Well groomed with a clear complexion Mature and positive with strong interpersonal and

Communication skills:

Fluent In English & Hindi

No visible scars/marks on face and hand No Tattoo

Good personality

Job responsibilities-
Greeting & welcoming passengers on board
Food & beverage service
Responsible for safety and comfort of passengers
Reservation/Ticketing/ security checks/Baggage handling
Customer Service.
Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.
Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off.
Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight;
Minimum 12 pass and above
Diploma or degree in aviation/Hospitality can be an advantage (Not mandatory)
Age between 18 to 30 Years.
Salary – 17000/- to 27000/- Per Month.
