- key responsibilities:

1. process ticket sales: handle ticket reservations, sales, changes, and cancellations for airline customers. ensure accuracy in ticket information and pricing.

2. provide customer service: assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues related to air travel. offer guidance on flight schedules, baggage allowances, and travel requirements.

3. manage booking systems: utilize computerized reservation systems to book flights, check availability, and process payments for customers. keep track of bookings and ensure smooth operations.

4. coordinate with airlines: communicate with airline representatives to confirm flight details, resolve customer concerns, and update reservation information as needed. maintain positive relationships with airlines.

5. follow safety protocols: adhere to airline safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and maintain security measures at airports.
