key responsibilities:

1. handling air cargo documentation: as an air cargo executive, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all the necessary documentation related to air cargo shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

2. coordinating cargo booking and scheduling: you will be required to coordinate with airlines and clients to book cargo shipments, arrange flight schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

3. monitoring cargo loading and unloading: this role involves overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo onto and off of aircraft, ensuring proper handling and security of the shipments.

4. resolving customer queries: you will be expected to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding air cargo shipments, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. ensuring cargo safety and security: as an air cargo executive, you will need to follow safety protocols, secure cargo properly, and adhere to all security measures to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
