I need a male candidate to recruit Insurance agent for me. Fixed salary of 8000 will be provided excluding other incentives as vehicle allowance, phone allowance and commissions. He needs to have his own vehicles and will be given target on monthly basis. He needs to hire agents for insurance company, train them as per standard to pass the IRDAI exam. He has to do some documents work as if needed. He need to active in poster advertising and marketing.
