Preparation of spare parts quotations

Preparation of order confirmation & invoices.

Releasing of purchase orders to suppliers

Price negotiation with customers to freeze orders

Coordination with logistics dept to handle dispatch related activities

Taking overall responsibility for timely execution of Aftersale orders

Coordination with overseas suppliers for delivery of material.

Payment follow up with customers.

Inventory management etc

Self-starter & proactive

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power point

Basic Knowledge of 'Tally'
