Roles and Responsibilities: Admission Counselor

Achieving Enrolment as well as Revenue targets for the courses assigned.

To counsel the students and ensuring good conversion for courses allocated.

Follow up on the data provided by the marketing team.

Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right product.

Reporting no of calls per day, conversion, collection made and updating the MIS.

Responsible for operational process/co-ordination of courses assigned.

To organize and execute the seminar, workshops, etc on or off the campus.

Maintain relation with students for references.

Desired Profile

Effective communication and 100% conversion ability.

Effective team player.

Excellent verbal & written communication skill.

Persuasive, hardworking and ability to close the sales.

Ability to meet the target with timeline.

Prior experience with education industry is desirable.
