Designation: Receptionist Administrative Assistant.

Provide Front desk duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls

Maintain internal & external customers timely & professionally.

Find numerous strategies for fill the position.

Maintain the existing of employees and take the feedback from them.

Assist the account department for making the salaries of employees.

Counselling and mentoring employees and management team to provide impartial determination to employee.

Analyzing the requirement of organization.

Identifying vacancies, post open job, screen, interview and match applicant with open position,

Provide full admin support to the team and department.

Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.

Working in Inbound Corporate Marketing.

Deals with corporate clients by email communication.

Handling all project from initial contact to final payment.

Maintaining MIS on daily basis.
