Maintain Electronic And Hard Copy Filing System

Manage Expenses And Procurement Within Established Budgets. Responsible For Future Budgeting For Expenses.

Vendor Management: Identify And Maintain Relationships With Key Vendors

Create And Revise Systems And Procedures By Analysing Operating Practices, Recordkeeping Systems, Forms Control, Office Layout, And Budgetary And Personnel Requirements; Implement Changes.

Update And Maintain Office Policies And Procedures

Serve As A Focal Point Of Contact To Address Any Administrative Issues Within The Organization.

Work Closely With The Team To Ensure Smooth Operations And Administration For Facility

With The Ceo , Prepare Meeting Agendas And Supporting Material For Distribution

Support The Board With Meeting, Travel And Other Arrangements

Draft Minutes Of Board Meetings For Review By Ceo

Manage Ceos Calendar, Set Up Meetings And Submit Ceos Bills On A Monthly Basis

Help Ceo In Day To Day Activities

Provide Information And Management Support

Support Management Of Both Homes Based In Pune & Gurgaon

Other Duties As Assigned
