Job Specification:
Post Graduate in Management in HR/MBA (HR) / (HR) from a recognized University/ Institute.
3 years of experience as HR manager/ HR executive or experience in conducting training programs in social / community development s programs of the Government or equivalent
Upper age limit: 40 Years
JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
To prepare/update HR Manual, conduct Training Need Analysis of staff, conduct training/capacity building of staff, develop and ensure that regular performance appraisal of staff is conducted.
To initiate the process of recruitment /procurement.
Any other task assigned by Management
Support the Program manager
Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience
