Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing and maintenance of general, day-to-day administrative activities

Write emails and letters to stakeholders and clients

Produce professional-quality reports and presentations

Manage records of HR and employee data

Handle requests, queries, and feedback quickly and professionally

Handle all documentation and filing systems for statutory bodies

Requirements:

Knowledge of office management systems, and practices

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and current office software

Good communication skills in English.

Good at planning, and Basic book-keeping skills.
