Job Description

-answering Telephonic Calls; Organizing Messages, Calendar and Redirecting or Rescheduling Calls as Required

-maintaining a Polite and Professional Communication Via Phone, E-mail, and Mail

-dealing with Suppliers and Procurement (both Field and Online)

-taking Minutes During all Company Meetings

-diary Management and Arranging Appointments, Booking Meeting Rooms and Conference Facilities

-data Entry, Assisting with Research Assistant in Housing and Maintenance of Animal Models

-general Office Management such as Ordering Stationary, Clerical Duties

-provide Administrative Support for the Operations Team

-organizing Travel and Accommodation for Staff and Customers

-arranging Both Internal and External Events

-communicating with Internal Projects Team and Support as a Good Team Player

-maintains Accurate Records for Employee Holiday Requests, Attendance, and Records

-monitoring and Maintaining Housekeeping Dept
