Ensuring That All Admin And Sales Reporting Systems Are Working Efficiently

Formalities For Leaving Employee Related To Final Settlement, Exit Interviews Etc.

Resolve Queries Related To The System

Record Employee Grievances And Bring To The Notice Of The Management

Iii. Reporting

Compilation Of Attendance, Salary, Leave, Targets, Incentive Records Of The Employee And Presenting To The Management Periodically

Iv. Innovation

Introduce Innovative Hr Practices In The Organization In Terms Of Employee Management, Company Culture Which Has A Direct Positive Bearing On The Company Brand And Efficiency.
