Check regularly the working of the CCTV system and inform the Head / Principal in case of any problem.

Check and set the security system as guided by the Head / Principal.

Issue and track building keys and other related duties and be the first point of contact in an emergency call- out situation.

Coordinate for the visits, assist visitors, answer inquiries, provide information and direct to appropriate school areas.

Take care of overall security of the school premises including the locking of all windows and doors.

Be responsible for getting all debris from paths, play areas, grassed areas, flowerbeds and all entrances removed as and when required.

Ensure that the cleaning of toilets and toilet areas is done, and the replenishment of toiletries is carried out timely.

Take care of general maintenance and minor repair work including: doors, windows, toilet seats and flushes, furniture, tap washers and some painting of doors and walls etc.

Check the school property on regular basis and in case of any damages and submit the reports immediately to the school head.

Supervise cleaning staff and cleaning standards.

Compile work duties and preparation of duty chart of cleaning staff.

Complete daily time sheets and daily diary.
