Job Description

Handling Corporate workplace operations.

Handling workspace management.

Handling project reallocation and movements as per ramp up and project expansions.

Managing seat allocations for employee within facility.

Planning project allocation and setup as per client agreements.

Handling business continuity management and planning within natural hazard and other situation with the help of network and IT support team.

Validating assets, wireless devices, network and firewall request of project and process with the help of IT support and network team.

Helping E-security team for changing access control levels as per project requirement.

Handling corporate security functions and operations (Physical security and E- Security).

Checking legal compliance updating as per company policy related to third party vendor and service providers. (Medical health check/ Police verification etc.)

Managing stationary cost and consumable items which is required on daily basis.

Validating projects requirement with company policy.

Instructing & briefing company gaudiness and policies to employees.

Preparing project utilization reports, employee headcount, project details etc.

Keeping record of trainings and ensuring ground level staff to be updated on basic safety at workplace.

Inventory/ Costing/ stock taking/ material ordering required HK material.

Monthly Management review document preparation and presentations on monthly basis.

Involving in to safety committee meeting, Evacuation drill, Builder meetings, Celebration of various days (World Environment day/ Road Safety week/ Health sessions at workplace etc.)

Validating procurement requisition to procure material through online portal.

Coordination with finance team for project allocations and planning.
