Job Description

Administrative and secretarial support

1. Maintain calendar of Director and organize his meetings, travel and other related arrangements.

2. Take notes or minutes of various meetings as and when required.

3. Deals with correspondence addressed to the Director and assists with letters and presentations.

4. Manage communication to Director by screening calls, letters and emails. Decide which require priority and bring to the Director's attention.

5. Filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence.

6. Identify and take any follow-up action arising from the notes that are required.

Managing Report in Excel by using V-lookup,

Pivot etc.

9. Preparation of Monthly MIS on Sales Data

such as Target vs Achievement, Sales

Comparison, Unit Wise Achievement, Budget vs

Actual, Daily Outstanding Report, Realization

Report, etc.

10. Creating PPT on a different subject.

11. Working knowledge of any ERP. Preferably

MS Navision, Tableau, CRM
