To Undertake all Receptionist and Clerical Duties At the Desk of Our Main Entrance. You Will Be the “face” of the Company for all Visitors and Will Be Responsible for the First Impression We Make.

You Should Be Able to Deal with Complaints and Give Accurate Information. a Customer-oriented Approach is Essential. the Goal is to Make Guests and Visitors Feel Comfortable and Valued While On Our Premises.

roles and Responsibilities:

• managing Incoming & Outgoing Calls

• coordination with Vendors to Perform Daily Activities like Ordering, Invoicing, Follow-ups, Bill Payments, Etc.

• maintaining Admin Sheets.

• computer Savvy & Capable of Drafting Emails.

• supervision Activities are Related to Daily Admin Operations.

• admin Record Keeping.

• good Communications Skills

• communication Skills, Email Writing

• good Hands in Microsoft Excel + Basic Idea of Admin Reports

• good Writing Skills Required

• experience of Dealing with Support Staff| Housekeeping| Stationary Issuance, Etc.

• exposure of Maintaining Inventory Registers for Daily Consumables.
