We are looking for a responsible person who can maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.
· Maintain filing system for essential correspondences & documents, as well as company reports to clients and keep official records.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
· Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
· Computer literacy.
· An ability to work to deadlines.
· An ability to work fast (but without mistakes).
· Good attention to detail.
