Title: Front Office Executive (Female)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Job purpose: Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk/reception desk. A multifaceted role, which not only involves receiving and making phone calls but has scope for administrative abilities.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience


• Receiving and greeting visitors at the reception in professional manner.

• Receiving and making phone calls in professional manner.

• Will be point of contact for incoming and outgoing courier.

• Replying to emails. Should be familiar with Outlook, Gmail and other business email platforms like Webmail. Should be able to handle business email and know how to reply in appropriate language.

• Responsible for stationary and office supplies.

• Responsible for handing over laboratory reports to patients at the reception.

• Responsible for sending Outlab laboratory samples and receiving reports from them in timely manner.

• Assisting the specialist consultants as needed including USG and also assisting Medical Officer in conducting ECG.

• Organise, coordinate and supervise other centre activities.

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.

• Readiness to take on additional administrative duties as and when needed.


• Must have thorough knowledge and experience in working with Internet and emails. Must be proficient (not fresher) in use of MS office particularly Word, Excel, Scanning, Emailing etc

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary. Comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.

• Excellent (not beginners) computer knowledge

• Self-driven, result oriented individual who is keen for new experience and responsibility.

• Adaptability to changing demands and working in dynamic work place.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
