Job Description

2 to 3 years of call handling experience in voice profile

Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills with computer technical skills

Graduation from reputed college in English-medium only

MS Office hands-on experience

Quick learner, good decision making

Interacting in a friendly and professional manner with customers

Coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming calls

Capture customer complaints through various channels (Toll-Free Number, E-mail, Telephonic calls, Letters, Live Chat )

Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving. Ensure all inputting of information is accurate, good attention to detail

Develop a complete understanding of products, procedures and customer needs

Demonstrate diplomacy and tolerance

Ensure reported customer concerns are forwarded to Engineering team for resolution

Monitoring registered complaints status for effective and quicker resolution & report generation

Able to work under pressure. Able to take responsibility of individual issues and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company

Handling Front Office & other general operations, if any

Software or Product Tech support experience would be a huge plus
