Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable

Sound knowledge of . Healthcare Domain (Provider side)

Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Skills Required:

Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

Analytical Skills to handle issues in different ways

Typing speed atleast 25 wpm to 30 wpm and more

Ability to handle pressure

Experience : 1 - 5 Years
