Job Description

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

Handle all matters relating to Finalization of Accounts, Computation of Advance tax, deferred tax, tax provisions, Corporate Income Tax Returns etc. of the whole group

Preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports

Managing the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of Statutory, Concurrent, Internal and Tax audit within time and cost budget

Take care of all compliance with ROC (Registrar of Companies)

Working knowledge of Income tax and Indirect tax

Ensure timely, accurate, and useful financial and management reporting for the Top Management

Oversee the preparation and filing of Income tax Returns to the Tax Authorities

Ensure proper Working Capital management and coordinate proper Banking relationship.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions
